Projevy strupovitosti jabloně na indikačních hostitelských genotypech

Práce se zabývá hodnocením virulence patogena Venturia inaequalis (Cooke) Wint., na nově sestaveném souboru indikačních hostitelských genotypů (Bus a kol., 2009). Hodnocení byla prováděna po sekundárních infekcích ke konci vegetačního období v lokalitě Holovousy ve východních Čechách na genotypech vysázených na jaře 2010 do randomizovaných bloků v pěti opakováních. Odrůda ´Golden Delicious´ – H(1), která je referenční hostitelskou rostlinou pro všeobecně rozšířenou rasu V. inaequalis č. 1, byla infikována ve velké intenzitě ve stupni 6–8 (podle devítibodové stupnice Lateur a Populer, 1994). Napadení u další citlivé odrůdy ´Gala´ – H(0), bylo též vysoké ve stupni 5–8. K velmi ojedinělým infekcím pouze u několika rostlin ve stupni 2 došlo u genotypů TSR34T15 – H(2) a J34 – H(9). U genotypů Q71 – H(3) a ´Durello di Forli´ – H(13) byly zaznamenány infekce patogena V. inaequalis ve stupni 3 a 4. K silnějším projevům choroby u dvou rostlin došlo u genotypu B 45 – H(8), které byly napadeny ve stupni 4 a 5. U ostatních genotypů nebyly zaznamenány žádné infekce. Potvrdilo se, že v této lokalitě se nenachází rasa č. 6 a č. 7 překonávající rezistenci získanou z Malus floribunda 821. Summary The objective of this study was evaluation of Venturia inaequalis (Cooke) Wint. virulences on the new established collection of differential host genotypes (Bus et al., 2009) in locality Holovousy in the eastern Czechia. Evaluations were done after secondary infections at the end of growing season on genotypes planted in spring 2010 into randomized blocks with five repetitions. The cultivar ´Golden Delicious´ – H(1) that is the differential host plant for the Venturia inaequalis race No. 1 was infected with high intensity in the grade from six to eight (severity is assessed according to the modified scale 1–9 of Lateur and Populer, 1994). Attacks on the next sensitive cultivar ´Gala´ – H(0) were also high in the grade from five to eight. Genotypes TSR34T15 – H(2) and J34 – H(9) were infected in very low rate in grade two. Infections on genotypes Q71 – H(3) and ´Durello di Forli´ – H(13) were recorded in grade three and four. Severe symptoms of the disease were recorded on two plants on the genotype B 45 – H(8) in grade four and five. On the other genotypes any infections were recorded. The races No. 6 and 7 surpassing resistance gained from Malus floribunda 821 are not present in this location.
